Welcome to Pelicano Unit 202 In Terrasol in Cabo San Lucas This 1420 square foot 2 Bedroom Condo in Terrasol in Cabo San Lucas offer views to the marina and bay of Cabo San Lucas. Unit 202 Pelicano was completely remodeled in the fall of 2008 and offers all modern amenities needed for a perfect vacation Unit.
One King bedroom and one Queen bedroom and there is a queen Size Sofa Sleeper in the Living room. The Unit is Set up for a max of 4 person. Unit 202 is a Top floor unit offering vaulted ceilings and a private terrace with BBQ. there is a stand up 5 gallon spring water unit for drinking water Bech stay gets 2 bottle and front desk can bring others at the going cost.
The floors and two bathrooms are all travertine marble stone. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs to cook a 5 course meal. The unit offers AC, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen and appliances, dishwasher, washing machine no dryer and TV and Stereo, telephone and YES the unit has WIFI!!! Unit 202 offers great views to the Marina and Bay of Cabo San Lucas.

Terrasol charges a” daily parking fee” of $ 5 per day or $ 25 per week.
Daily “Resort Service Fee of $ 27.50 per day for 4 people, will be applied upon check out. this is your responsibility

the front desk is very helpful with all aspects of your stay.. if there are any issues with the unit ask for Armando or Carlos. they will get maintenance on it asap.
